About ShipFree

Every vendor loves announcing a student program. Almost none of them tell you when the program ends, gets paywalled, or quietly loses its best perk. ShipFree is a directory built around that gap: we track the deals, and we keep score of the deaths.

How entries are made

  1. A program is researched from its official page only — benefits, eligibility, steps, expiry rules, with a quotable line saved as evidence.
  2. Entries are compiled with AI assistance and reviewed by a human before publication.
  3. Every entry carries a Last verified date and a link to the official page — the source of truth.
  4. On a monthly cycle, entries are re-checked. Anything that changed or died moves to the change log.

Independence & trademarks

ShipFree is an independent directory. We are not affiliated with GitHub, MLH, or any vendor listed. Vendor and program names appear as factual references; all trademarks belong to their owners. We link to official pages rather than copying them, and we don't accept payment for status labels — a "Dead" sticker stays dead regardless of who asks.
